Time of AMRAP depends on the time it took you to do Workouts #1 + Workout #2 and then subtract from 25:00, and the remaining time is how long your AMRAP will be.

 

Post WOD work will be

A1. Reverse Hyper, 4 x 12; rest 45 sec.

A2. Hollow Rock, 4 x 25-60 sec; rest 2 min
