OPEX camp in December I did 165. Haven’t done anything past 165 in a good 3 years. 
B. 1RM Wtd pull up
110 + BW of 195 

(Scale I weighed in on said 198.5, but scale at home I have recently weighed in at 194/195 – so somewhere in that ball park. OPEX camp was around 105 I believe)
C. 5 min AMRAP strict pull ups (w/controlled eccentrics)

Started out doing all in 3’s, then 2’s most of the remaining 
D. 5 min AMRAP strict hspu

Started out in sets of 4 with longer rest until halfway then it turned into 2’s. 

E. Crossover symmetry completed.
