Thursday – 6/11/2015 – TTT – Active Recovery 

Couldn’t exactly remember some of the the loads or movements I did last week so figures I need to start tracking active recovery work as well. 

A. 10 minutes AirDyne
30 sec @ 80-85% effort 
30 sec @ 50% effort 

B. 15 minutes of flow work 

C. OTM x 10 
50′ Yoke Walk @ 425lbs

D. 3 rounds not for time 
2/2 TGU @ 53lbs
15 sec single arm hang 
30 second FLR

E. 10 minute AirDyne flush
