Was super excited to take on this workout. Was expecting it to be a little longer. Even started well with the muscle ups. 5-4-5-4-2, finishing at 3 something
When I got to the thrusters the wheels fell off. Normally this amount of thrusters would not be a problem. First set of 15 feeling good, at a small set for the next chunk i hit 8 reps and didn’t feel like pushing, listened to the negative self talk and was just fighting to finish not to push.
Went in excited today and left a little bummed. I did have a shitty night sleep and maybe not enough fuel, but I had planned accordingly the night before and tried to consume some good carbs at dinner pre-sleep snack.
