6 – Easy bike erg (recovery effort, reset monitor at the end of the minute to start back at top)
Had quite the balancing act this am….the gym that has the bike erg does not have 10ft ceilings so i had to pop outside and wall ball in the cold weather! No weather was going to hold me back today, but it wasn’t raining or snowing either so didn’t have to make that decision. The kb and the wall ball were really like resting stations, bike tried to be under 30sec every set, row was about 33-35 and ski was about 34-37

30-40 tempo GHD situps (2 sec down, 2 sec up)
50-60 strict pullups
70-80 pushups with hands on DB’s/parallettes
Did top end of all reps, but i definitely took not for time to heart
