The camera angle says it’s a power, haha. I’m pretty sure this is a lifetime PR. Missed it twice previous to this successful lift.

B. For time 25 reps @ 80% of A

6 reps in the first minute, 6 in the second, wanted to hold onto that and got 5 in the 3rd. Stopped paying attention to my pacing at this point and just went with what felt good. Right arm/elbow was lazy locking out. I have no injuries in this arm but have missed max snatches because of that arm/elbow not firing or locking out.

C. For time 50 strict handstand push ups.

Was at 25 reps at 2:30, 5 sets of 5 to get to this point. After this a couple of 3’s and 2’s and then finished with 2’s and 1’s. 
D. 5 minute Z1 cool down.
