29:07 – really only had one plan, that was if 8/8.5 was sustainable I wanted to be 7.5 or 8 on the row so I could stay 8.5/9 on the ski. And I probably should’ve had more of a plan than that because I felt on the back end were I needed to shift gears I was holding on and surviving. The other thing that got really bad on the back end was transitions. Not getting on the machine but getting the machine up to the needed pace. The data on the row on the back end looks worse than the effort, those numbers were more i got my feet in but was very quick and slow pulls trying to get my feet adjusted as opposed to getting in getting up to pace and maybe strapping tighter if needed.
