B1 – Rear foot elevated DB split squat x 8/leg, rest 1 min
60 X 4 sets.
Last set on the left leg I felt an uncomfortable pop in my right hip flexor. We will monitor this situation. Walking lunges are uncomfortable but squatting does not hurt at all. The monster walks were fine as well. So I am not majorly worried but still a level of concern.

B2 – Banded lateral monster walk x 16 steps/direction, rest 1 min x 4
