had a much better pace and felt much better. Had plenty of time for the last 8 reps and didn’t rush it but could’ve. Stayed relaxed. Had 10 seconds back on the rings, hands tore on rep 41. Had this been in a competition and a lot on the line I would’ve gone for 1 more rep.
