A – Overhead Squats – 3 reps EMOM x 10, moderate loading

Might have been a little more than moderate. Bit I knew I wasn’t going to miss any reps and might have to work for a few of them towards the end.

AB 10 min for cals (start moderate and get faster every 90 sec)
had to use AirDyne that didn’t have a monitor so I borrowed a heart rate monitor to help measure intensity.
