A. Power Snatch; 1 x 2 @ 80%, 3 x 1 @ 85%, rest 90-240 sec
B. Snatch High Pull; 3 x 3 @ 75%, rest 60 sec.
C. OHS; 3-3-3-3-3
D. Abs x 100

There will be some potential guests in the house, meaning there might be an impromptu team WOD. Stay tuned as I will update what it will be.
