B. Halting Deadlift Drops; 3 x 3 @ 85%, rest 3-5 minutes
C. Front Squats; 4 x 8 @ 65, rest 75-120  sec

3 Squat Cleans (185/125)

5 HSPU’s (ROM is head to the floor)

7 Box Jumps (30″/24″)(hips open over the top of the box)
