Part 1

A. Snatch; 6 x 2 @ 80%, rest 2-4min

Non Girl Guy Competitors Complete the following

B. Drop Snatch; 65%, 70%, 2 x 75%, 2 x 80%

Girl Guy Competitiors do the following
B1. Back Squat; 3 x 5 @70%, 30 sec rest

B2. Glute-Ham Raise; 3 x 8, rest 90-240 sec

C1. Bench Press; 5, 3, 2, 2, 2, rest 30 sec (go fairly light)

C2. Pendlay Row; 4, 3, 3, 3, 3, rest 90 sec. (go for a challenging weight, but not max effort)
