Sets 2-5-8: Row 17 cals

Sets 3-6-9: Row 19 cals

Will update the row times at some point tomorrow when I am back to the rower for the data

10 v-ups

10 tuck ups

10 russian twists (touch ground beside hips)

rest 90 sec bt sets

This was evil….but i did figure out some personal efficient pieces for the v-ups that helped the last 2 sets
